Abstract

The friendship between China and Egypt has a long history, and the ancient civilization has laid a solid foundation for the relationship between the two countries. The establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Egypt has opened new opportunities for cooperation between China and Egypt. With the proposal of the "Belt and Road" initiative in recent years, especially in the field of education, comes More and more Egyptians come to China to learn Chinese, and at the same time, more and more Chinese people choose to come to Egypt to learn Arabic. Alexandria has attracted many Chinese students because of its unique geographical location and deep cultural heritage. Chinese students face many difficulties of intercultural adaptation and at a time when cultural exchanges between the two countries are being promoted. This study conducts research and analysis on the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students studying at Alexandria University as a model, and provides corresponding suggestions, in the hope of helping Chinese students studying better adapt to Egyptian culture.
