In Syriac, The abstract three-radical noun is either of three strong radicals that all of them appear in all derivatives, or of three radicals one of them is omitted in writing but appears in pronunciation like "ܥܰܡܳܐ", or of three radicals one of them is omitted in both writing and pronunciation . In this last one, the third radical is a weak yud or waw which is often omitted without any phonological compensation. This weak letter can also be the first, not the third, radical in some few cases. When the different affixes come either before or after the abstract noun with third-omitted radical, they cause in the occurrence of some phonological and morphological changes such as omitting, adding, permutation and moving of consonants, vowels and stressas a result of changing the vowels of the one syllable which the noun consists of.
Some of these changes are the same with some affixes and some are different with other affixes In Syriac, The abstract three-radical noun is either of three strong radicals that all of them appear in all derivatives, or of three radicals one of them is omitted in writing but appears in pronunciation like "ܥܰܡܳܐ", or of three radicals one of them is omitted in both writing and pronunciation .
