Abstract

This study aimed to identify the possibility of using personality traits as predictors of bullying behavior among a sample of students at the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University. Descriptive methodology adopted due to its suitability to the study nature. The sample consisted of 200 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Arts - Alexandria University in the academic year 2022/2023 (100 male and 100 female students). The Big Five Personality Factors (Badr Al-Ansari's translation) and bullying scale (prepared by Ali Al-Subhiyin, 2007) were used as data collection tools. The most important results indicated that bullying behavior can be predicted by knowing the factors of Agreeableness, neuroticism, and extraversion from the Big Five Personality Factors.
