Postmodernism in Jean-François Lyotard: A Critical Study.
The subject of Administrative and financial conditions in the port of Jeddah through Ottoman documents (923-1211 AH. / 1517-1796 AD.) is considered one of the economically important topics. The problem of the research lies in determining the economic importance of the Jeddah Port, based on the information contained in the Ottoman documents, and knowing the nature of the mutual relationship between the sultans of the Ottoman Empire and the Nobles of Hijaz. The study aims to identify the economic return of Jeddah Port customs, and the scope of its expenditures to the social groups that benefit from it. One of the most prominent results of the research is that the customs revenue from Jeddah Port It is one of the main economic tributaries of the Hijaz region.
